2. Our Services
CR Eye Clinic provides private ophthalmic consultations, diagnostic assessments, and surgical treatments. All clinical services are provided by registered consultant ophthalmic surgeons. Treatment recommendations are based on clinical assessment and are subject to suitability.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments can be booked via our website, by phone, or by email. We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments if clinically necessary.
4. Fees & Payment
Treatment fees are communicated clearly before any procedure. A deposit may be required to secure your treatment date. Payment is due on or before the day of treatment unless a finance agreement is in place. Finance arrangements are subject to approval and provided by third-party finance partners.
5. Consent
All treatments require informed consent. Your consultant will explain the procedure, risks, benefits, and alternatives before you sign a consent form. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time before the procedure.
6. Clinical Responsibility
While we strive for the best outcomes, no medical procedure can guarantee specific results. Your consultant will discuss realistic expectations during your consultation. We maintain comprehensive clinical insurance and adhere to all CQC regulations.
7. Website Use
The information on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. While we make every effort to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not warrant the completeness or reliability of website content. Links to external websites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
8. Intellectual Property
